Certificate Verification — Frequently Asked Questions
Enter the Certificate ID printed on the certificate (format: PCE-YYYY-XXXX, e.g. PCE-2026-0101). Genuine certificates instantly show student name, course, grade and status. For IDs not found online, WhatsApp us the ID for manual verification.
The ID is printed at the bottom of every PCE course certificate issued since 2024, starting with “PCE-”. Older certificates without IDs can be verified manually — contact us with the student name and course year.
First re-check the ID format (PCE-YYYY-XXXX). Certificates issued before 2024 may not be in the online registry yet. Message us the ID on WhatsApp with a photo of the certificate and we will verify it within one working day.
Yes. Visit our Ongole centre with a valid ID proof, or message us on WhatsApp. Duplicate certificates are issued after verifying our records, usually within 3–5 working days.
